概述
PA塑料(尼龍,聚酰胺),英文名稱:Polyamide
PA的品種繁多,有PA6、PA66、PAll、PAl2、PA46、PA610、PA612、PAl010等,以及近幾年開發(fā)的半芳香族尼龍PA6T和特種尼龍等很多新品種。
物理性能
比重:PA6 1.14克/立方厘米,PA66 1.15克/立方厘米,PA1010 1.05克/立方厘米
成型收縮率:PA6 0.8-2.5% ,PA66 1.5-2.2%
成型溫度:220-300℃
干燥條件:100-110℃/12小時(shí)
堅(jiān)韌、耐磨、耐油、,耐水、抗酶菌、但吸水大
燃燒鑒別方法:火焰上端黃色,下端藍(lán)色,燃燒后塑料熔滴落,起泡,離火后特殊的羊毛,指甲燒焦味和帶芹菜味

成型性能
1、結(jié)晶料,熔點(diǎn)較高,熔融溫度范圍窄,熱穩(wěn)定性差,料溫超過300度、滯留時(shí)間超過30分鐘即分解。較易吸濕,需干燥,含水量不得超過0.3%。
2、流動(dòng)性好,易溢料。宜用自鎖時(shí)噴嘴,并應(yīng)加熱。
3、成型收縮范圍及收縮率大,方向性明顯,易發(fā)生縮孔、變形等。
4、模溫按塑件壁厚在20~90度范圍內(nèi)選取,注射壓力按注射機(jī)類型、料溫、塑件形狀尺寸、模具澆注系統(tǒng)選定,成型周期按塑件壁厚選定。樹脂粘度小時(shí),注射、冷卻時(shí)間應(yīng)取長,并用白油作脫模劑。
5、模具澆注系統(tǒng)的形式和尺寸,增大流道和澆口尺寸可減少縮水。
聚酰胺的不足之處在于:由于熱膨脹和吸水性所至的尺寸精度不夠,耐酸性差,硬度和彈性模量不夠。經(jīng)改良以后,也是比較優(yōu)秀的工程塑料之一。
應(yīng)用
汽車制造方面
用于制造燃料濾網(wǎng)、燃料過濾器、罐、捕集器、儲(chǔ)油槽、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)汽缸蓋罩、散熱器水缸、平衡旋轉(zhuǎn)軸齒輪。也可用在汽車的電器配件、接線柱等。另外,它還可用作驅(qū)動(dòng)、控制部件等。
電器電子工業(yè)
可用于制造電飯鍋、電動(dòng)吸塵器、高頻電子食品加熱器,電器產(chǎn)品的接線柱、開關(guān)和電阻器等。
醫(yī)療器械儀器
用于醫(yī)用輸血管、取血器、輸液器等。PA單絲可做外科手術(shù)縫線、假發(fā)等;另外,電子打字機(jī)的數(shù)字旋轉(zhuǎn)盤、接線柱、傳動(dòng)齒輪、印刷機(jī)的帶式過濾片等。
其它方面
用于制作一次性打火機(jī)體、堿性干電池襯墊,摩托車駕駛員的頭盔,辦公機(jī)器外殼,辦公用椅的角輪、座和靠背,冰鞋、釣魚線等,PA薄膜氣體阻隔性能優(yōu)良,而且耐油性、耐低溫沖擊性、耐穿透性好,可用于肉、火腿腸等冷凍食品的包裝。聚酰胺還可棒材和板材,也作齒輪或其它傳動(dòng)裝置。
