POM 的簡介
聚甲醛是一種表面光滑,有光澤的硬而致密的材料,淡黃或白色,可在-40- 100°C溫度范圍內長期使用。它的耐磨性和自潤滑性也比絕大多數工程塑料優越,又有良好的耐油,耐過氧化物性能。很不耐酸,不耐強堿和不耐紫外線的輻射。
POM 物理性質
聚甲醛的拉伸強度達70MPa,吸水性小,尺寸穩定,有光澤,這些性能都比尼龍好,聚甲醛為高度結晶的樹脂,在熱塑性樹脂中是最堅韌的。具抗熱強度,彎曲強度,耐疲勞性強度均高,耐磨性和電性能優良。

應用范圍
POM屬結晶性塑料,熔點明顯,一旦達到熔點,熔體粘度迅速下降。當溫度超過一定限度或熔體受熱時間過長,會引起分解。
POM具有較好的綜合性能,在熱塑性塑料中是最堅硬的,是塑料材料中力學性能最接近金屬的品種之一,其抗張強度、彎曲強度、耐疲勞強度,耐磨性和電性都十分優良,可在-40度--100度之間長期使用。
