ABS材料的應用:
由于ABS具有綜合的良好性能以及良好的成型加工性，所以在廣泛的應用領域中都有它的足跡，扼要先容下如：
汽車產業：汽車產業中有眾多零件是用ABS或ABS合金制造的，如上海的桑塔納轎車，每輛車用ABS11kg，位列汽車中所用塑料第三。在其它車輛中，ABS的使用量也頗驚人。2000年我國就汽車用ABS的量就達到3.5萬噸。轎車中主要零部件使用ABS的如儀表板用PC/ABS作骨架，表面再復以PVC/ABS制成的薄膜。此外，車內裝飾件大量使用了ABS，如手套箱、雜物箱總成是用耐熱ABS制成，門檻上下飾件、水箱面罩用ABS制成，另外還有很多零件采用ABS為原料。
